VINYL MONSTER คือหนึ่งใน 30 คาแรกเตอร์ไทยหน้าใหม่จากโครงการ Change 2021 โดย CEA ที่ถูกนำมาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หลายชนิดที่ผลิตแบบ Limited Edition และหนึ่งในนั้นก็คือตุ๊กตา CE Toy ที่เป็น Platform Toy ชื่อดังของไทย โดยคาแรกเตอร์แต่ละตัวจะถูกผลิตเป็น CE Toy 2 แบบ และมีจำหน่ายจำนวนจำกัด
